Bacon and Shrimp Sauce

Valerie Kadiri This acquired tasty recipe can be eaten with rice, potato, plantain or yam as the main dish. It is very easy to prepare and rich in protein and vitamins Ingredients 2tbsp Vegetable oil 250g Shrimps 250g Strips of Bacon 1 Onion bulb, sliced 6 tomatoes, chopped 2 cups of mixed vegetables 1 1/2 Seasoning cube Pepper, thyme, curry to taste Salt to taste Directions Season the shrimps with 1/2 seasoning cube Lightly wet the sauce pan with oil Place on heat and then add the shrimps Add the sliced onions Add the strips of bacon Stir fry and add the sliced tomatoes After 4mins, add the mixed vegetables and seasoning cube Add pepper, thyme, curry and salt to your taste
